My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms were spacious, luxurious, and comfy, but there seemed to be an issue with bugs possibly due to cleaning. The view overlooked a green pond and a construction site. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff, notably Charleen, Soraya, and Pilar. The location was excellent for those seeking a quieter resort atmosphere, offering nice cabanas and day beds. The dining experience had some exceptional dishes but was average overall. The hotel facilities were well-kept, but there were some delays in service like coffee and wine refills.
I was thrilled with my stay at this hotel! The room overlooked a peaceful green pond and, despite the nearby construction site, the spacious luxury and comfort of the room with excellent balconies and sun loungers made up for it. I was expecting a royally nice view, and it absolutely delivered.
I woke up to the most beautiful view of a green pond and a construction site just outside my room – a mix of nature and city life. The room itself was incredibly spacious, luxurious, and oh-so-comfy. The only downside was the ongoing construction noise which can be bothersome.
